The November 21st event will be a private Docent tour of the Oakland Museum’s new exhibit “Above and Below: Stories From Our Changing Bay”. The tour will address how human engineering and natural forces come together to shape and reshape the land and water around the San Francisco Bay. Sea-level rise, wetlands restoration, invasive species and climate change will be explored. The tour will be followed by the General Membership Meeting dinner and the annual Water for People auction at Lake Chalet Seafood Bar and Grill.
