Emergency and Security Services Planner
The District is seeking an experienced Emergency and Security Services Planner. This position reporting to the Emergency Response and Security Officer will plan, develop, implement and manage various projects and programs within Emergency and Security Services; Assists with the administration of the District's disaster preparedness, response and recovery programs; performs analysis and develops hazard preparedness plans and programs including coordinating with capital improvement project planning; and performs other related work as required.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have work experience in Utility and/or Emergency Management industries.
Be skilled in conducting analysis, managing inter-departmental projects, and leading District programs.
Be a leader, who can take charge of any mission and build and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, other government agencies, to represent the District's interest in an effective and positive manner.
